In my experience, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu has been the best way for me to lose weight.

I remember I started training because I was looking for something where I could burn a lot of calories and get a really good workout. And I ended up falling in love with the sport almost instantly.

And I knew that if I wanted to be good, that I had to also make some changes and eat better, make better decisions for my body because I wanted to come to class feeling the best and be disciplined and work hard and that’s where you see the progress.

That’s where you see the major difference because I didn’t lose 40 pounds in a week. I lost 40 pounds a year.

But in those first four months, that crazy transition from me never working out to training every day the way I was within two years and I was going hard all the time.

That’s the difference and that’s where I found the weight loss and honestly, I’m really grateful that I found Jiu-Jitsu and I can vouch for anything.
